I gave up all processed Sugar on Jan 2nd, so no cookies, candy, cakes, ice cream, donuts, muffins etc since then. I've lost 12 lbs and feel great! I eat a lot of fruit and passing up on the sweets has been easy. I don't crave them and the thought of all that sugar really icks me. In addition, I went to the dentist yesterday and for the first time in my whole life had NO Cavities!
