The guidelines use the word "forums". I can see for literal minded, concrete thinkers that would mean the forum and not necessarily chat.
Also, recent discussions here mention sexual talk in chat. I did not see anything specifically related to sexual topics in the guidelines. There is mention that there can not be anything of a sexual nature that would violate the law. There is mention of the use of a trigger icon for triggery topics. There's nothing specific about whether sexual topics are allowed or not.
To me the guidelines are well written and clear, but I believe it would be helpful to add a paragraph specifically related to chat.
