I'm sorry you are having these feelings.....it is sad when things come to a point like this. It is great that you are able to recognize these feelings & take the needed steps to care for yourself. That is the most important thing to be able to distance ones self from things that are hurting us & then take time to realize how to better care for similar situations in the future. I respect you for taking care of yourself.
