what started my thread is getting dinged for medical advice. i know that it is a common practice to talk about meds, both in the forums and in chat, as it is one of the things many people have in common. but i never knew that offering experience-based advice was against the rules.

also, there is the issue of posting links in chats, without telling what they are... too many shockers there. it's not allowed in the forums, why is it allowed in chat ?
