I can totally relate. I can usually start things off on the right foot and make a good first impression, but it usually catches fire and turns into a disaster. Sometimes I wonder if I have a 6th sense for unintentionally picking up on the exact thing(s) that will push someone's buttons, the more I try not to the more likely it is to happen.
