short version for those that cant click the links.... all rules\guidelines for the community forums are the same for the chat rooms and no sex talk allowed. flirting and such is allowed with one on one private chats between two consenting members in their own private chat rooms. (which I take to mean only two people in the chat room that is doing the sexual \flirting conversation and both in the chat room have to consent to having that flirting with each other conversation)

those that can create chat rooms are the appointed chat hosts and the chat hosts are responsible for maintaining order and what goes in in the chat rooms they open.

Im guessing for further clarification you would probably have to pm one of the mods or doc john since chat rules are an administrative issue.
