The warnings I read said a fever of 3+ days was serious; has our fever gone away? Could be you'll be all right/not have damaged your intestinal wall (which often requires hospitalization and sometimes surgery, nevermind worrying about the psych ward) but I wouldn't take any more aspirin ever as your stomach/intestines will be primed for it?
