Hello rdgrad15,

If an interviewer says they have other people to interview, it is actually often the case. Some firms interview people over two days and use a scoring system so don't assume that you haven't got the job. Usually the interviewer will tell you how they will let you know and when. For some jobs they will let you know a day or so after or even weeks. If you are offered a different position, don't be disappointed, that means they liked you but not for the original position and this could be a step in the door for you.

Interview tips - turn up at least 10 minutes early, this shows you are good at time keeping.

Be smart in appearance.

Smile.

Don't talk too fast.

Answer the questions honestly.

Use previous job experience as examples of how you do things.

Think of one question to ask at the end of the interview, this shows you are interested.

Thank the interviewers for their time.

Good luck!
