I hear what you are saying. There are a lot of noises that bother me, especially the sound of cars passing by my house. Even though we live in a residential area of a very small coastal town, cars zoom by at the rate of five or six per minutes. Sometimes more. I hear every single one.

In my case, I think it has to do with anxiety and OCD more than with bipolar, but that is just a hunch. I started taking Latuda to help me with my anxiety and intrusive thoughts, and I was able to tolerate the noise of the cars much better. Now that I've quit taking the Latuda, I'm back to being annoyed every time a car goes by.
