I feel that way sometimes too. A lot of times, it feels like I've dreamed something that I can't recall and I feel really "out there"
I'm usually myself midway through the day. I try different grounding things and what helps me the most is a mindfulness app I have on my phone.
Hope you cycle through it quickly. It's definitely not a pleasant place to be in.
