If you have incontinence however your best bet is in strengthening your bladder muscles not the pelvic floor if you strengthen the pelvic floor this problem will be become worse. They also check incontinence by doing ultrasounds before and after you've peed because I once had to have my incontinence checked just because there was so much fluid but that fluid was due to the urinary tract infection.
