I went to my Dr. today in a bad place. She ask if I needed to go inpatient care? I told her no not at this time. She ask if I had a safety system in place. I told her I thought so but was not sure. I came home tonight and tried my safety plain and got nothing but more yelling and screaming from the person that supported understand and help when Im in my dark place. Not sure what to do now. I feel lost and alone again.
