When I'm depressed, I allow myself to be completely alone. I know my T tells me isolating myself isn't good, but being around people drains me. I like to be alone.
When I'm hypo, I exercise. It feels good to put all my energy into something productive and not self destructive (although I guess it can be dangerous when I run outside in the middle of the night, lol)
