I don't know! Mood is a bit up & down. I feel like all this Pokemon stuff was/is a great distraction but there's still stuff going on.

Wondering if my SSRI is pooping out on me. I mean it wasn't as effective as last time I was on it for my anxiety but since my mood was better I just persevered but I feel like it's not helping enough. Feeling like I'm slipping backwards again.

I mean, what with starting college in a month (induction in 3 weeks), I'd say I've got reason to be a little anxious but still. Just my overall mood could be better.
