Welcome! It sounds like these episodes are impacting you so I agree with the others that it might be helpful to see a psychologist and/or psychiatrist for a while to get an idea on whats going on. We can't diagnose but what you describe so far doesn't sound very bipolar to me. But there may be other details that I don't know about that would change that.
