I generally eat healthy all the time and if I do eat crap on occasion I notice my mood dips and I feel worse for it mentally (as well as physically). If I were to eat rubbish all the time I expect it would significantly impact my mood for the worse. Saying that, my healthy diet has certainly not prevented me from having severe and frequent episodes so idk.
