I don't know if my T is judging me wrongly or just throwing it out there or what but he's usually right on.. so I couldn't shake something he suggested about me last night after session. I was up until 2am thinking "am I this way???"..

He kind of painted this like it was me and not so bad but when i googled it, it doesn't sound like me at all???

Has anyone had their T do something like this? ugh..
