So I visited my GP today.
He told me what you have said, pretty much, that it might have been an effect of stopping the medicine.
I am supposed to stay on Escitalopram for 4 weeks then come back to him and tell him how I feel. I guess I'm fine with that, at least someone is monitoring my mental health.
