I can get irritable sometimes and it has nothing to do with BP.
I can get really happy sometimes and it has nothing to do with BP.
I can get moody (moods changing rapidly) sometimes with it having nothing to do with BP.
Sometimes (caffeine, adrenaline, excitement, etc.) I think and talk really fast and it has nothing to do with BP.
Other than that, well, I'm a good listener, I love old movies, and sweet kitty cats. I procrastinate a lot and have a terrible memory, which I suspect is a combination of who I am and BP meds. I live with terrible anxiety surrounding a whole slew of things.
I feel like more of a competent and whole person knowing that BP isn't who I am and doesn't dictate all of my moods. Just because I'm in a strong mood, whatever that may be, doesn't mean it's BP, it could just be the mood I happen to be in, and one that is at least somewhat in my control, and not resolvable with meds.
