You haven't had your fill "up to here" of the old stuff. Like you said, it's comfortable, it's something you know. You don't have to DO anything.

To start building the life you want, or at least a different one, you have to change paths. It requires an action; one that you're not used to making. It's the unknown out there. It's a challenge.

You at least know the rut you are in forwards and backwards. The new path is uncharted territory, full of unknowns and uncertainties.

Question is, just how comfortable are you in the same old rut that you know doesn't lead anywhere you really want to go? It's that first action that will start you on a different path. It doesn't have to be an earthshattering action; just a tiny one. "Look out! That first step is a doozy! Everything else is uphill!"
