Medication may help, but since you are saying a lot of the problem is your thoughts, you might want to look into cognitive behavioral therapy. Again one time will not be enough to be helpful, but if you go regularly you can learn how to reframe your thoughts. You can also look up cbt online.
It doesn't really sound much like BP to me either (with usual disclaimer of not being able to diagnose). But there does seem to be a lot of anxieties involved, and I'd second the idea of looking into CBT, as a lot of anxiety is based in thought patterns. CBT stuff can be useful regardless of any specific dx, and it's something you can work on on your own. You may find it helpful. No harm in trying. It's worth remembering that these kinds of tools take time and practice. At the least it gives you something empowering to help yourself with if you feel you can't see anyone at this time.
