I'm the same, mixed episode but not feeling like I'm losing my mind as much.
I haven't slept in two nights, however. Day 3 of no sleep is no bueno for me. I'll take strong measures to make sleep happen tonight.
Mixed episodes suck. I understand them intellectually, but it feels like a tornado in my head. It's hard for me to know what to use from my toolbox because...well, I'm so mixed up.
