I had an accident a week ago (I fell off of a ladder) and tore my calf muscle really badly. I'm pretty much stuck inside as I can't walk except wih crutches, and crutches are difficult because the injury causes so much pain.

It's driving me crazy. I feel trapped and it's making my anxiety and paranoia much worse. I don't know how to cope with this. I'm used to going out and hiking or biking 5-10 kilometers a day or walking around the city. Getting out and doing things helps soothe my mind but now I just feel trapped inside my head with a thousand voices screaming at me and I can't get away from them.

Doctor says it will take 3-4 months for my injury to heal.
