Were you diagnosed on the NHS, and if so, please would you mind talking me through how that works? I have read that it can be done but I don't know how or how easy it is. Mostly I think that the NHS is difficult to navigate.


Yeah, my dad has realised that he is probably on the spectrum, he doesn't have as many social difficulties or sensory issues.

Yes I was diagnosed on the NHS.
If you google the autism strategy and have a look your GP has to send you for a referral if you believe you are on the autism spectrum.

I went to my GP and they sent me to the autism spectrum conditions assessment service.
