Good news is I'm still taking meds, haven't done anything off the charts, not psychotic. Boyfriend taking care of me the best he can. I'll call pdoc if this is still going on when I return home.
I have gone through this before. Pdoc says it's my "default" mood state. I'll make it through. But this sucks, big time. Using everything in my toolbox to pull through this...no hospital, no self-harm, etc. I'm white-knuckling it, big time.
Thanks for reading. I can support you guys when I'm better.

I really feel for you. (((HUGS))) Traveling is stressful already, and during a mixed episode it is pure hell, and I've been there before when on a trip. It's good to hear that your boyfriend is supportive of you. A trigger of mine is being around people who agitate me further by making me feel crazier than I already feel when I'm in a mixed state. Being in a mixed episode is horrible and can feel everlasting, but this too shall pass.
