When I'm depressed, my first line of treatment is to eat candy. Is that weird? I love Sour Patch watermelons. I eat those a lot. Oh, and sometimes I binge watch Netflix. That's cool too.

When I'm manic, I treat myself by driving more recklessly. lol. Driving more recklessly somehow makes me feel a lot better. It's a bit counterintuitive, I must admit.
OMG twin!! I was just telling someone today that I need to wean myself off of Sour Patch watermelon candies. I ate a whole bag the other day and the day before at work. I've had some depression mixed with some hypomania lately. I've also been eating a lot of cookies, but probably because I baked a whole bunch. They are gone now, so it shouldn't be an issue anymore!

When depressed with lower energy level, I find myself eating more chocolate. If I have high anxiety, I do not eat much of anything, but I treat myself in other ways, such as by lighting scented candles in my room. During mania, I like my Margaritas and spicy/salty food, though it's not the best thing for me.
