I agree. Get to a pdoc now. Get a therapist. Reduce your stress as much as possible. Hang out with us here in the bipolar forum. We support each other and chances are 99.9999% we can relate to the mood episodes, the manic behavior, we bought the tshirt. Sorry, my friend. I think you'll likely be told by a pdoc you're in the right club. Oh, we do psychosis, too. Some of us. Add in depression and mixed. It's a lot.

But only a pdoc or other medical professional can diagnose you. Make that a priority...see a pdoc and tell them your symptoms and what's been going on. They make the big bucks to explain what's up. I think you will likely need meds to get you stabilized. Hang in there.
