I don't have the excuse of jet lag to blame and I forget the morning meds all the time. It's just recently that this started so I don't know why it's happening. I've also recently absently taken my night meds in the morning. I have a pill box. But I've been waking up tired too so maybe that why. In any case I feel for you.

Maybe you can put them in your daily bag so if you forget in the morning before leaving for the conferences they are with you so you can take them when you remember?
