I'm trying hard to back off from caffeine, but it ain't easy. I usually have a cup or 2 of coffee in the morning at work. If I'm feeling depressed it depends on where I'm at (work vs home). If I'm at home when feeling depressed it tends to be alcohol as the beverage of choice, otherwise it's usually just flavored water. I stopped drinking soda about a month ago and trying to keep it that way.
