I once took my night meds in the morning and to make that even worse I was also taking Norco after having had surgery. I was on a huge dose of Seroquel at the time and so I had about 3 times the recommended dose in 12 hours. I called my pdoc (who was, of course, off that day) and then spoke to another pdoc who did a suicide screen and then told me to sleep it off and no meds that night. It was rough. I was barely awake by the time I got off the phone and I called the second I realized what I did, which was about the time I set down the pill box. I was very, very relaxed or some time.

I now keep my Am and PM pill boxes far away.
