Yes I've done this and it was pure hell. About a month ago I had a dangerous side effect and had to quit my stabilizer of all things. I was mixed for two weeks until my pdoc finally put me on gabapentin. But I've never quit then ALL at once. I know I'd end up in IP if I did that! Just be careful and if you want to go back on them for like a week and then ween off them, I think that would be safer. But don't take my work for it as I'm not a pdoc. Good luck!
