Yeah, I tried from 3 to 50mg of melatonin and I think it relaxed me for 20 minutes or so...
I actually forgot to mention that I have Xyrem, which is GHB, a GABA-B agonist for narcolepsy that puts a person in a deep sleep, but it makes you wake up with increased heart rate and anxiety (for like 5 hours after you wake up) due to rebound dopamine-rush-effect. I want to avoid this medication because of that, but I don't know what is worse - not sleeping at all, feeling like a zombie, not being able to hit the gym OR getting those 3-4 hours of sleep on Xyrem, but spending the day with high energy levels and anxiety...
