I think, also, that many of those individual dx's are incorporated into one or two of the major dx's. People with chronic illness nearly always have depression. PTSD often has anxiety and panic disorder. And of course the chronic fatigue is part of each: MS, Fibro, or SLE. The psychiatric disorders could be from different doctors, rather than 2 or 3 they gave you... just what each saw at the time? (And the depression could be part of the Bipolar Disorder.)
I'm glad I really don't go with labeling lol. What the labels have done to you is exactly why.
Just use the labels for researching things that might help you feel better, and for the ins co to pay your doctors, and toss them away after that!
Why not give the list to your current doctors and let them weed out some of the dx's for you?
