Do you feel stable enough and have your doctor's or T's approval to try to find a new job? That would be the first thing I would try (if you can get a ride to work, of course).
Secondly, maybe you could start a new hobby and really immerse yourself in it. Are you exercising? Maybe you could start a good exercise regime with aerobics videos or other exercises you can do at home. I'm really motivated to exercise by having a Fitbit. I compete against friends and friends of friends to get the most steps per day. Do you like to read? Maybe find some new books to delve into. Or how about art or music? Or writing/journaling? Creative outlets are awesome.
