Secondly, maybe you could start a new hobby and really immerse yourself in it. Are you exercising? Maybe you could start a good exercise regime with aerobics videos or other exercises you can do at home. I'm really motivated to exercise by having a Fitbit. I compete against friends and friends of friends to get the most steps per day. Do you like to read? Maybe find some new books to delve into. Or how about art or music? Or writing/journaling? Creative outlets are awesome.

I hope you find something that helps you.
These are good ideas.

I have been exercising yes, since I'm not working and my job was very physically demanding, and I don't want to get flabby.

I haven't been the past couple of days because I've been depressed. Still cycling! Yea! Now I can act like a complete lunatic while I'm with my parents and they can kick me out. Sorry. I'm cynical right now.

But, anyway, thanks.
