I'm so far from ok.
I'm having some weird med reaction. Every afternoon I get this weird energy. I'm shaking from the inside out. All of the sounds get far away and the lights get really bright. I feel like I'm floating. I feel like I'm in a tunnel. I'm sweating. I'm hot. I want to smash things and cry. I can't breathe. Moving helps. Nothing helps. I could run forever.
But I'm at work. I have to work. I want to die. Uggggghhhhhghghh
