I have posted here at PC and have listened to music as a healthy processing/ distraction today.
I wasn't doing much else, as I was processing other information and feelings.
For distraction, I watch movies/documentaries, read, research, contact friends, go out and do activities, listen to music, go out into nature, etc.
What types of things do you do for distraction?
