I am so sorry you are battling the bank. You are not alone. The govermant decided I needed a payee to manage my money for me. I chose my mom. We opened an account and my husband and I have our own separate account. Well the idots at the bank did something when setting it up so now no one has access to any of the accounts. We don't even have access to fix the problem. Stupid incopitent people.
