This person sounds like he/she needs help with understanding what's going on. He/she sounds as they have legitimate confusion in regards to other cultures etc There are a lot of very confused people posting on this forum, that's a bit of a nature of this forum, simply not replying or not advising isn't always the best solution. Sure people might be trolls but not every confused person is a troll.
