I can see my LCSW was right. I think I'm going to ask for one more session with her so she can teach it to me. She also invited me to a stress reduction skills class Wednesday which I think I'm going to go now.

It's funny how defensive a reaction I had when she suggested it. I was like no way. Now I'm like oh boy she was right .
