^I agree that "Feeling Good" has a lot of useful thorough information and self-help techniques. It's one of my favorites out of the many I've read.

If you're interested in Mindfulness (or Buddhism) "Radical Acceptance" by Tara Brach is a pretty good one as well. One of my previous therapists/life coaches introduced it to me.
