What a good thread...well, for me right now.

A HUGE in my face is the birth of my new grandchild and a second one on the way.

Another thing is, like you, the pain when doing what I used to do.

For instance, my oldest and her hubby just bought a new house. I went over and scrubbed the bathroom floor to ceiling then did windows. That was a month ago and my shoulder still hasn't healed. The pain can be tremendous and I know I should go to the dr. Hubby said I messed up the rotator cuff. From what I read, it feels like it.

I'm hoping time will heal it.

Thanks for letting me know I'm not alone in my pains and thoughts on it.
