Bliss, I am not too sure if you are female or male but I sort of suspect female.
Women are often programmed by society not to interrupt, to respect our parents, and to put our needs last.
When it comes to Mum, forget all of that. It's pure nonsense.
Remember, your needs come first, so interrupt, and if you're getting no respect, don't give any.
