ok here is the update. they did Dad's first surgery this morning. They did not put him to sleep but did it under local. they did give him a sedative though to take the edge off. it went fine. they put the plaque in a little bottle for him to show off lol. anyway after seeing how closed it was I was glad they put off the biopsy part til tomorrow. that is the dreaded one for me. I saw the urologist and he was telling us it will still be at least 3 days before we know if it is cancer. however if it looks like there are tumors when they get in there tomorrow they will go ahead and resection the bladder. *sigh* another step to conquer.
