Your doc and mine sounds a lot alike.
He will ask me what if been on what i want to be on. Uhmm you're the doc [emoji15]

The only thing he's not too liberal with is benzos which is probably a good thing [emoji20]

It's all so confusing and it's rare to get a good doc. Had one once that would see me for 30-45min! Actually talked to me and chose meds that he felt were good and talked thoroughly about side effects and risks.
Then i moved [emoji21]

My current doc tells me NOTHING.
I come home and find out that one lessens the effectiveness of my birth control!

I think it's time to switch and get some better med management. I know i probably need something but I'm tired of the random keep adding it on method.
