(Screams) it took all morning and until afternoon to disconnect service from four places! The first place wasn't so bad, just stressful. I hate dealing with automatic stuff.

The second, the utility company was a nightmare. I used my cation phone first but because I was on hold for sooooooo long the captions stopped working. So next I spent a half hour trying to register for their online accounts. So then I tried their contact us option, it said it might take up to three business days to get back to me....then I got an email that gave me a 14 long number I would need to confirm it was me and it also said it could be 5 business days! So I used the old fashioned TTYs and was put on hold again but ultimately got though. It's a good thing the utility comp is a monopoly or no one would do business with them!

I learned from that and just used the TTYs for the rest. What a pain. Still have to swing by the post office to change the address there. ....oh Medicade too.

What else do I need to do? ( pulls hair)
