I am trying to get my life together. I am one of the most disorganized people ever. It doesn't help when I get depressed and neglect things even more.
Here are some examples:
-When it comes to school, I always have things all over the place in like 30 different notebooks and folders.
-My house sometimes looks like a bomb went off.
-If you read one of my previous posts about checking my bank account, you'll know how I handle (or don't) my bills and spending.
-My car usually looks like a bomb went off.
-I do a lot of stuff-- internship, work, school-- this generates a lot of papers about a whole lot of stuff-- these papers are disorganized and in 65486 different places.
-I lose things all the time.
So far since I have gotten home from work today, I have cleaned out my car, paid the car insurance bill, done a load of wash, and put away a whole bunch of clothes. I am sitting down for some coffee and PsychCentral now and then I will clean the bathroom.
I really want to get my life organized. It's just that I'm not a naturally organized person. I have to try extra, extra hard to organize and even harder when I'm depressed.
Does anyone have any suggestions to help me get things in order and keep them that way? I would really appreciate it.
