Been continuing to do well. Started a new med last night (gabapentin) and had a bit of funny side effect starting out the day. It faded as the day progressed. That was fine.

After work, I was going to make just one stop -- to pick up my Lamictal. The pharmacy door was partially open and someone appeared to be working on it or something. I noticed a sign indicating they'd be closed due to unforeseen circumstances. It didn't totally register. One of the guys who works there came to the door to explain the closure. They'd been robbed at gunpoint!!! (just a few hours earlier) (Yes, the same place that just lost an employee to murder last month.) Yikes. Fortunately, no one got hurt (physically, anyway). It's just so unsettling when things like that happen to people you "know".

Just kicking back tonight, watching dvds.
