So my intake was simple. I'm not doing IOP but seeing a pdoc and a T. The T can only see me every 2 weeks, starting in mid-September. Plus they don't do injections there. T seems nice enough but confidentiality is going to be an issue. This isn't what I wanted but it's what I got. I'm going to have to start keeping notes because two weeks is a long time. I have to figure out how to get my shot. She made me do a safety plan too. I always come out of intakes feeling so messed up. Once again they seem to be focusing on my moods and not my psychosis. So I don't know.
