I actually managed to catch it on video but the video caused my phone to freeze and turn off, and anyone who tried to watch it told me it would skip and freeze, which I found very bizarre.
These things keep happening but the problem is absolutely no-one believes me. I posted on a paranormal forum looking for advice and support but was laughed at and basically called a liar.
I'm generally quite skeptical and have looked at all the logical explanations but some of it is just so strange it defies logic. Since the last incident I'm scared and haven't been sleeping at night anymore.
Does anyone here have any advice, or had any similar experiences? I would love to hear from you because I feel so alone right now.

I have lots of stories! I believe how we feel attracts that sort of same energy. Let's say you suffer from negative emotions, depression, anxiety, anger, guess what? You attract negative energy to you. It's like turning on a light in the middle of the darkness. They all see you. When I was depressed and had anxiety I had a lot of experiences. I use to get sleep paralysis, where you can't move just while falling asleep or waking up. One night after not having it for a while it happened. I had a dream of a girl killing her mother and hiding the body under her bed. I woke up and I couldn't move. I wasn't scared or anything but I felt like someone was standing above my head. I was on the couch. I felt like they were pretending to be my boyfriend (who lives with me) and they wanted me to come to them. I knew it wasn't him so I didn't move. I couldn't move anyways. I fell back asleep and dreamed the same dream but instead I was in the dream and I talked to the girl who killed her mother.
I woke up again. I couldn't move but I could see. No one was there, but again I felt someone was standing above me, pretending to be my boyfriend and wanting me to get up and come to them. I knew it wasn't him, so I didn't move and I fell back asleep. I had another dream of someone killing someone. I woke up and at some point I had gotten up and walked to the other room with my boyfriend and started kissing him. I suddenly realized it wasn't him and backed away. I started dreaming again. It was another dream of someone killing someone. I woke up and felt like this thing was giving me these dreams to try to scare me, and it wasn't working so it tried to seduce me. :P It's sounds funny but I believe certain "beings" feed off of your negative energy or something like a succubus feeds off of sexual energy. Anyways, when I woke up the third time I felt someone standing in front of me but I couldn't see anyone there. All of a sudden it grabs be below the wrists and yank me roughly up towards it. I wake up and a few hours later I look down and I see these teeny tiny scratch marks below my wrists where it grabbed me. There were three cuts that kinda looked burned in on either side of my wrists. They were so straight there's no way I could have done it in my sleep. I posted this on a paranormal forum and all I got was oh you scratched yourself in your sleep. No. It was like they were cut with a razor and they didn't look like fresh cuts, they were brownish like an older cut. So I don't care if no one believes me because I know it happened, but it would be nice to be able to talk to someone about it and they actually believe you, lol.
What's happening to you doesn't make me think you should be afraid. Some people are more inclined to experience things like this. I'm no expert by any means, but I think if you look more into this and find out what it really is it would make you feel more at ease. I'll tell you what, sometimes I get messages from (something) that I know is intentionally suppose to scare me on purpose. For me, I get messages for I hear or see something or feel something. For example, one day I was reading a book called Satan A Biography. I was reading it and all of a sudden Pandora on my phone turned on. The song it played was my Eminem and it said some thing like, "Guess who's back, back again." I got this eerie vibe from it and turned it off. That's one way things can communicate with you, through music. Another time my pandora went off for no reason and it said something like, "I'm watching you."
This morning my boyfriend had fallen asleep on the couch watching tv and I was in the bedroom. I woke up at 4am just so I could relax before work and I was looking at my clock every so often. I looked at it and it said 4:45am. I laid my head back down and a few minutes later I hear my boyfriend say in an annoyed voice, "Chanelle." He always wakes me up in the morning.

When I heard him I thought it was weird that he was trying to wake me up before 5. Usually his alarm goes off and then he wakes me up. I didn't hear his alarm go off. I don't like getting up, lol, so I ignore him and he gets angry and will call my name again. Anyways, I suddenly think, "That wasn't him." So I'm lying there thinking who was that and I feel like I'm being watched. I just ignored it. My boyfriend gets up and it's around 5:15am and I look at him and he's like "What?" and I asked him "Did you call my name earlier?" He looks confused and then he says "No...I don't think I did." This is just another time were I know someone or something is messing with me to try to scare me.
Everybody is psychic, but maybe you should look into it. You might be more perceptive than most. What zodiac sign are you?
What can help you feel safe is protecting yourself. Just imagine a white light surrounding you in a circle, like a barrier. It'll protect you.
For a while I had bad sleep paralysis. Sometimes I would see shadow people who tried to attack me. There was one thing that helped me but I cannot discuss it in this forum. Let me know if you want to know what helped.
